(Received January 4, 9 a.m.) LONDON, January 3' The Prague correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that the Polish trade delegation failed to negotiate an agreement with Czechoslovakia, and gained the impression that German influence prevented the Czechs granting concessions.
