NO LOCAL FATALITY

Though a good many serious accidents have occurred in other centres and on country roads in both Islands Wellington City has maintained a clear road accident record, apart from cases of less serious injury and damage to vehicles since the opening of the Safety Campaign on December 5.

The pennant flying at the TownHall is beginning to show the wear and tear of wind and weather, but is good for more weeks of all clear flying—and if necessary another can be hoisted to replace it.
