WARSAW, December 29,
According to the newspaper "Kurjer Polski," a conference of Danzig Nazis, with delegates from Berlin, including Herr Hess, agreed to completely alter the status of the free city and to limit Poland's rights, including the reduction of the commissionership to the office of Consul-General, which virtually means that Poland will be shown special privileges in Danzig. Other decisions were the introduction of conscription, the severance of ties with the League,of Nations, and the expulsion of Jews. *
