Mrs. Brian Reid, The Terrace, will leave on Tuesday with her small son to spend a holiday in Napier. Mr. and Mrs. H. Jowett, Wellington, are spending a holiday at Paraparaumu. Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Hall, Kelburn, are visiting Havelock North, where they are the guests of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. F. B. Hall. Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Teschmaker, Blenheim, are visiting Mr. and Mrs. A. Williams, Masterton. Mrs. Tripe, Braemar Flats, is spending the -holidays with her daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Ghaytor, Blenheim. Mrs. H. G. Johnston, Wellington, is visiting her mother, Mrs. W. M. Jacks, Northcote, Auckland. Dean and Mrs. Crujckshank, Dunedjn, arrived at Wellington yesterday and will embark on the Port Huon, which leaves tomorrow for England, via Cape Horn. ' Mr. and Mrs. T. Latham, Wanganui, are making a short visit to Lady Stewart, Pigeon Bay. Miss Margaret Evans, Wellington, is spending a holiday with Miss Estelle Miller, Kiwitahe. The Misses L. and G. Stuart-Forbes, Lower Hutt, are the guests of their sister, Mrs. T. Renwick, Blenheim. . Mrs. O. E. Maysmor, Kelburn, and her daughters, the Misses Helen, Joan, and Durie Maysmor, are spending a holiday at Paraparaumu. Miss Geraldine Keah, Karori, is their guest. Dr. and Mrs. C. E. Hercus, Dunedin, will leave tomorrow by the Port Huon for England. x Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Daniell, Lansdowne, Masterton, are spending the holidays at Day's Bay. Miss AudTey Newton, Wellington, is the guest of Mrs. W. S. Murray, Dunedin. ; Miss Jean Caradus, Hataitai, is spending the Christmas and New Year holidays in Auckland. She will return j home on Wednesday. ! Miss Phyllis Ross, Christchurch,. is the guest of Mrs. M. C. Walker, Evans Bay. Miss Betty Souter, Wellington, is spending the holidays with friends m. Tauranga. Miss E. M. Hamilton, McFarlane Street, left during the holidays for Auckland, accompanied by her cousin, Miss Mi Wall'is, Christchurch, Mr. A. Boyce, and Mr. B. Felton, for a visit, to Mr. Felton's parents. Mrs C. H. M. Hawk (Christchurch), Miss N. Parsons and Miss R. Gillies (Dunedin) are among the guests at the Empire Hotel. Mrs. Hawker (Australia), Mrs. M. McManus (Brisbane), Misses J. Bayliss and B. Home (Auckland), and Miss B. O'Reefe (Brisbane) are staying at the Grand Hotel. • -Mesdtaies'W. B.
