The United States Chamber of Commerce at Tientsin has cabled to th 3 State Department enumerating ten examples of Japanese disregard of American rights in North China, including monopolies, export embargoes, and exchange control, and is urging similar measures against Japanese trade and v also retaliation when the expected ban on foreign imports is introduced^
