CORRESPONDENCE

ONIONS RUNNING TO SEED. Onions.—lt is quite a common experience for transplanted onions to run to seed to a more or less extent. The reason for, them having done so more than usual this year cannot be stated definitely. It may be due to the season or the seedlings may have received a severe check before being transplanted. There is nothing you can do to check the trouble.
