LONDON, December 7,
The "Manchester Guardian," com^ menting on New Zealand's financial proposals, says that other Governments have discovered that simple initial measures need progressive and complex support before private foreign dealings can be effectively controlled, and New Zealand thus provides students of economics with another experiment that is worth watching.
