GEAR MEAT DIVIDEND.
The Gear Meat Preserving and Freezing Company of New Zealand, Ltd., yesterday advised the Stock Ex* change Association that at a meeting of directors yesterday it was decided to recommend to shareholders that a dividend of 7d a share (less an interim dividend of 3d a share paid in June last) be declared and made payable on December 16.
