WELTERWEIGHT TITLE
CLEVELAND, December 6. Conceding lllb, Henry Armstrong technically knocked out Al Manfredo in the third round of a world welterweight championship bout today. Armstrong, called "Mr. Perpetual Motion," fought savagely. After receiving a punishing left hook in the second round Manfredo did not seem to know what was happening.
