On Saturday afternoon at the Boulcott links an eclectic competition was won by A. McDonald, with a net /». T G New, 30, being the runner-up. The Sunday morning flag competition resulted in a win for E. Peck (19), who placed the flag on the twentieth green. The leading scores" in the first round of the Decorative Products Cup .are: H. Mudgway. 79. 19-60; J Christie. 76, 15—61; A. Hey. 86, 24—6.*. the stableford held in conjunction with the cup match was won by H. Mudgway with 43 points.
