PRICES OF METALS
Official figures show that this year's exports of pork have easily established a new Australian record. Complete records are not yet available, butt the figures so far obtainable aggregate 33,960,0001b for the last twelve months, an increase of nearly 40 per cent, compared with exports in the previous year. Ten years ago Australia was exporting less than 200,0001b of pork a year.
