WARSAW, December 5.
Denouncing Poland's treatment of her Ukrainian minority, numbering between 5,000,000 and 6,000,000, Dr. Mudry announced in the Diet that the Ukrainian Group was introducing a Bill demanding the right of selfgovernment. Government speakers replied that Poles and Ukrainians had lived together for 1000 years, and that the Ukrainians had fared better under Polish rule than elsewhere.
