Woodville acceptances are due at 8 o'clock tomorrow night. Single-pool betting at Woodville and Hororata on Saturday, win-and-place at Waipa (Te Rapa). Arctic King will not now be racing at the Waipa Meeting, as it is being held at Te Rapa this year, where the racing is the same Way round as at this end of the North Island.

The only Trentham horses who will now be going to the Auckland Meeting are Arctic King and the two-year-old Beaulivre. Peerless has been allowed to drop out of the Derby. Mister Quex has joined H. Pritchard's stable at Trentham and he is at present undergoing a preparation for holiday racing. He is still owned by Mr. D. Donald.*-

Although White Gold is spoken of as a likely Railway lightweight, it is noticeable that she was entered for the hack seven furlongs (Robinson Handicap) decided on the same day.

Whetum'a, who sprang a big surprise at Otaki on Saturday in winning the distance hack event, scored his first success on the same track four years ago.
