TUNNEL UNDER THAMES

Under powers recently obtained from Parliament a proposal is to be placed before the London County Council to proceed forthwith with the duplication of the Blackwall tunnel under th« Thames in order to relieve traffic congestion. The total cost is £3,122,220.
