The New South Wales tennis championship finals resulted: Men's singles: Bromwich beat Quist 6-2, 6-4, 6-2.
Women's singles: Miss Coyne beat Miss Hartigan, 6-2, 6-2. In the junior girls' singles Miss V. Berg beat Miss K. Armstrong (New Zealand), 6-2, 6-2. The New Zealand girl made more mistakes than her opponent. In the final of the men's doubles Bromwich and Quist defeated Hopman and Schwartz; 8-6, 6-1, 3-6, 10-8. (
