DOG PARADE
HUTT VALLEY CLUB
FEWER ENTRIES
[ Conditions were excellent for the Hutt Valley Kennel Club's parade, which was held at "Fallowfield," Lower Hutt, on Saturday afternoon. The noise that accompanies an indoor parade was noticeably absent, and the light breeze gave the dogs a chance, to show their best. The parade was not so well attended as the last one, but nevertheless dogs of many varieties faced the judges. As usual, the cocker spaniel classes were in the ascendant, but even so their number was down on that of the last parade. The parade was attended by entries from as far afield as the Wairarapa, and 68 dogs competed in 30 classes. The results are as follows: — Bulldogs.—Mrs. M. Crabtree's "Fitor bue Lad," 3 firsts.
