TWO JOCKEYS INJURED

SYDNEY, December 3. at the Canterbury Park Racing Club's Meeting today the New Zealanders Silver Coat, The Palmist, Folk Song, and Rival Hit were unplaced in their engagements. During the running of the Flying Welter Handicap five horses fell. The jockeys Munro and Shean were injured. Munro suffered chest contusions, lacerations of the scalp, and concussion. Shean dislocated his collarbone. Both will be unable to ride for several weeks.
