MAY TAKE REFUGEES
ARGENTINA AND BRAZIL

LONDON, December 2
The diplomatic correspondent of th« "Daily Telegraph" says it is likely that Argentina and Brazil will take refugees if finance can be arranged. No progress is reported in securing financial concessions from Germany, despite the British, American, and French representations. It is understood that the question will be discussed with Herr Ribbentrop during his Paris visit, which, it is officially announced, will take place on D» cember 6.
