SPENDING £80,000,000

LONDON, December 2,
The Warsaw correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that the Minister of Finance, M. Kwiatkowski, urges the expediting of re-armament and announces a three-year plan to spend £80,000,000 on defence works, concentrating on a strategic triangle in South and Central Poland. Armament and aeroplane plants are working at full blast.
