MILAN, December 2.

The New Zealand mezzo-sopran» Mrs. May Brodie successfully appeared at a concert in the Conservatorium here. She sang in Italian, English, French, and German.

Mrs. Brodie is a resident of Rangitata Island, near Timaru, and lias sung over the air in New Zealand as well as with church societies and at other concerts.
