Electrical brain-waves that point the way to the causes of epilepsy are being studied at a new laboratory at McGill University—the only laboratory of its kind in the world. By means of an electric paleograph brain impulses are amplified many times and recorded, disclosing parts of the brain giving rise- to epilepsy, and providing a valuable guide to physicians before operations.
