Signor Ansaldo, confidant of the Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, writing in the "Telegrafo," uses phrases which are generally interpreted to
refer to the Suez Canal, Tunis, and Jibuti.
i He refers to the new spirit of the ! Munich agreement for repairing ancient wrongs and asks why there should not be frontier rectifications necessary to give a better arrangement in Europe and in regard to colonies.
