MILK PROBLEM IN ENGLAND
LONDON, December 2,
Mr. Neville Chamberlain announced in the House of Commons that the second reading of the Government's Milk Bill, against which considerable agitation has arisen in various quarters, and which has been the subject of strong criticism by some Conservative members from agricultural constituencies, would be postponed pending a re-examination of the whole milk problem.
