LONDON WOOL SALES

LONDON, December 2. At the wool sales 8230 bales were offered, including 2344 from New Zealand, and 7159 were sold. The demand was' better, and withdrawals less frequent. Rates were generally maintained, the Home trade being the chief buyer. Greasy half bred New Zealand, "Acland." realised B|d to 9Jd.
The Bank of New South Wales has received the following cable message dated December 2, from its London office: —"London wool, sales prices for greasy merinos and all crossbreds generally unchanged, but scoured mennoi are irregular."
