BURGOS, December 1
The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Lord Plymouth, has advised the Powers which sponsored Mr. Hemming's visit to Burgos that Britain has no intention of departing from the British plan of non-inter-vention and is urging that measures be taken to prevent the dismemberment of the committee. It is understood that Britain informed Belgium that the withdrawal of that country from the committee is regarded with the strongest disapproval, and that as a result Belgium stated that although her decision to resign from the Chairman's Sub-Committee was final she was prepared to reconsider the position in relation to the full committee.
