The Courts have ruled that the dissolution of the Fascist Party was illegal. The Fascists are resuming their party activities and publishing their newspapers again.

The Government recently dissolved the Fascist Party, which had 14 seats in the Finnish Parliament. It also suppressed- the party's 18 newspapers.
