CRICKET
SPECIAL MATCHES. Wellington Cricket Association and Mercantile League championship competitions are being suspended tomorrow (except in ,the case of two junior matches) for the playing of a series of special matches in aid of the City Council fupd for the provision of more grounds. The Hutt Valley Cricket Association's championship fixtures will be limited tomorrow to the C grade.
