Wright, Stephenson, and Co., Ltd., and Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report having received cable advice from their Bradford agents regarding the tops market, reading as follows:— Merino, fine crossbred tops and medium carded crossbred tops are £d down, while other crossbred tops £d to Id down. There is a fair amount of inquiry, but only a little business is passing. Topmakers have to make concessions in order to get business.
