JAPANESE BELIEF
NEW ORDER IN FAR EAST

TOKIO, November 30. An Imperial conference sanctioned the policy of creating a new order in the Far East. The Japanese believe that major fighting in China is finished. A Hong Kong message states that the Japanese have withdrawn from tIMI border and gone to Canton.
