"BRITAIN NOT STATIONARY"

LONDON, October 7.
The correspondent of the "Daily Mail" at Berlin says that the Board of Trade spokesman declares that Britain is not stationary and adds that the German effort to reach trade agreements in Southern Europe and the Balkans is a counter-measure to the recent Anglo-Turkish and Anglo-Rumanian trade pacts: A pact with Bulgaria has been mooted.
