WINDHOEK, (S.W. Africa), Oct. 7.
A demand for the termination of the mandate, with a plebiscite whether South-west Africa shall be annexed t© the Union or returned to Germany, is suggested by the Omaruru branch of the South Africa United National Party. The territory contains 9000 Germans out of a population of 30,000.
