QUIET MARKET

LAMB IN LONDON

The demand is still affected by heavy supplies of Homekilled. Wethers are easier, excepting lightweights. Ewes are generally lower with slow trade. The frozen beef market is firm. Chilled beef realised better prices this week owing to shorter supplies and good trade. New Zealand porker pigs are mesting with fair trade at unchanged prices.
