INDUSTRIAL CASES

The Young Passion

DISTURBING FACTOR

DELAY IN SETTLEMENT

(By Telegraph—Pres3 Association.)

AUCKLAND, This Day.

"The delay which has occurred in settling industrial disputes has been a disturbing factor in industry. It has caused discontent among the workers and inconvenience to employers, who have been unable to estimate their labour costs ahead with any degree of accuracy." Criticising the Arbitration Court for the delay, the executive committee of the Auckland Provincial Employers' Association makes this statement in the annual report to be presented next week.
