TUI GLEN CLUB

On Saturday at the Tui Glen links a bogey match resulted in a triple tie betwlen H. S. Dudding, 91, 24-67 H. Fergusson, 89, 22—67, and R. C. Elbe, 91, 24--67. On Sunday the finals of the championship were played over 36 holes. C E. Petersen won the senior division by 4 and 2 from last year's champion, LV. E. Pilcher. In the intermediate grade C. C. Lambert beat G. S. Persson, 1 up. Persson at one stage had a comfortable lead of 7 up. T. Jones beat H. Fergusson, 3 and 2, in the junior section. The second round of the D.C.L. Cup was played during the morning and resulted in a win for H. McGee (3), 38 points.; A flag event in the afternoon was won by B. Stichbury, who took the flag to within a few feet of the 20th green. The following will represent Tui Glen against Featherston at Tui Glen on Sunday:— O'Connell, Petersen, Morgan, Swain, J. B. Young, Stichbury, Elliott, Persson, Lockett, Davis, H. Tonks, Judd, Purdie, Bloom, I. t G.. Dudding, H. S. Dudding, Garbett, 'and McKinnon. On Saturday a 'hidden holes event will be played for-the points cup, and on Sunday morning a medal round will be played. A bogey match will be played in the afternoon. Following are adjustments to handicaps:—H. McGee, 3-2; C. C. Lambert, 14-11.
