' XTOTICE is hereby given that the Hutt -■^ County Council proposes at its Ordinary Meeting to be held on the 21st day of October, 1938, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for ite sanction to the Borrowing of the sum of £2000 for the purpose ot making advances to owners of property at Point Howard in connection with private sewerage connections. As segurity for the said Loan and repayment of same the Council proposes to pledge for a term of seven years a Special Rate- of two pence and one halfpenny in the Pound (2%d in the £1) on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the No. 39 Special Rating District of Point Howard—being portion of the Wai-nui-o-mata Riding.
