An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders Of Berlei (N.Z.), Limited, Auckland, has been called to consider the following resolutions: —That £1745, being, the amount transferred from the premium on shares account to the general reserve account, be transferred back to the pfemium on shares account; that £1744, being portion of the amount received as premium on the sale of shares, be distributed among the members as a special capital dividend of 8 3-8 d a share.
