MEXICO CITY, October 4.
President Cardenas has ordered further expropriations of the Mexican properties of "the American newspaper magnate Mr. W. R. Hearst. An area of 17,772 acres of his Barbicora hacienda has been divided among 123 residents of a nearby village.
