Sir, —I listened to "Uncle Scrim" on Sunday night, and can see by reading and looking that his words are quite correct. The cap seems to fit some people. I would like to ask "Disgusted" since when was Mr. Hamilton leader of over 50 per cent, of the people?—l am, etc.,
