Let get cold, but still liquid. Pour into a deep basin. Whip till very white and fluffy. Use a wheel beater. Next add condensed milk. Stand basin in a cold place till jelly is set. Pile snow into a glass dish in rough pieces. Serve with whipped cream or a fruit sauce. In very hot weather use a little less water.
