A lone -seaplane bombed the port five .times, on the last of which it damaged the English ship Lake Geneva, one of the crew being wounded.
Using flares which brilliantly lit up the port rebel aeroplanes bombed the wharf sheds and scored a direct hit on a London ship, the African Mariner. The bomb ploughed through two decks and exploded in the wheat cargo, blowing out a bulkhead. x
