DEATH-BLOW TO PACT?
LONDON, October 3.
The Paris correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says that a rift appears to have occurred between France and Russia. M. Litvinov spent a day in Paris, but did not call at the Foreign Office. Well-informed persons are of the opinion that the Munich agreement dealt a death blow to the FrancoSoviet Pact.
