ADDRESS TO WOMEN

Recently Mrs. C. S. Stewart, Labour candidate for Wellington West, addressed a very attentive audience of women at Mornington. A great many reforms had materialised from Labour's administration, and it was to its credit that the five-year-olds had . returned to school, said Mrs. Stewart The question of malnutrition was being dealt with, each child being given medical and dental treatment, also milk, as the years of the depression had left a great many children in a very undernourished state.

At the close of her address a vote of thanks and confidence was carried by acclamation.
