A Mary Alward Cup match between Shandon and Waiwetu, played on the Waiwetu links on Saturday, resulted in a win for Shandon by ten games to nil. Following are the results, the Shandon players being mentioned first: — Mrs. Ellison beat Miss Horman, 3 and 2; Mrs. Reilly beat Tliss Thodey, 4 and 2; Mrs. Burke beat Miss Milne, 2 up; Miss Robinson beat Miss Findlay, 2 and 1; Mrs. King beat Miss Barclay, 4 and 2; Mrs. Ryan beat Mrs. Rudolph, 6 and 4; Miss Frazer beat Miss Hoban, 2 and 1; Mrs. Mantell beat Miss Taylor, 3 and 1; Mrs. Frazer beat Miss Treahy, 8 and 7; Miss Priestley beat Miss Sinclair, 3 and 1. In extra games. Miss Levy beat Mrs. Newell, 3 and 2; Miss Vallance ,beat Miss Lovell, 2 and 1.
