JUDGEFORD CLUB
The captain's trophy played on Sunday by the Judgeford Club was won by J. Burge with the excellent net score of 125 for a 36-hole medal.
The qualifying round for the Martindale Rose Bowl was played in con® junction and the following were the best net scores:—S. Cossins 62, J, C. Redward 65, D. Barron 66, J. Burge 66, H. Cathie 69, A. D. Smith 69, D. Hen-l nessy 70; E. A. Selman 70, R. Hill 71, G. J. Stevenson 71, W. Martin 71, R. Rattray 71, W. Barnard 71, W. Scott 73, G. Redward 75, W. Burge 75. Readjustments to handicaps: J. C. Redward to 9, S. Cossins to 20, J. Burge to 18.
