STRUCK BY TRUCK
PICTON MAN INJURED

BLENHEIM, This Day,
Mr. Walter Todd, aged 50, a carrier at Picton, was knocked down by a truck in the Picton railway yards this morning, receiving severe injuries to his left leg, on which the truck stopped. He was reading a consignment card on the end of a stationary truck which was struck by a rake of trucks that had been shunted from the opposite end.
