LONDON, October 1. The correspondent of the British United Press in Berlin says that a highly reliable source has reported that a declaration of Franco-German friendship similar to* that between England and Germany is being prepared and may be issued soon. Reuters' correspondent in Berlin expects that Germany and France will reach an agreement of friendship. He quotes a Nazi spokesman as saying that Herr Hitler always wanted an i agreement with England. It is understood that the principal topic for discussion under the agreement would be the limitation of land and air armaments.
