ROVER SCOUTS ACTIVE
Streamers and balloons decorated the Mokoia Hall on Thursday night, when a sub-committee of the Wellington Metropolitan Rover Scout Council, held a very successful dance. There was a large attendance of Rovers representing most of the "crews" of the city, and with their partners made a goodly number.
There was an atmosphere of friendliness and good cheer about the dance characteristic of the Rover Scout movement, and that some of itsmaxims were carried out was demonstrated by the number of willing helpers who offered to help the committee after supper. Blowers and streamers were distributed to the dancers, and balloons were released to float among them.
The committee in charge included Rovers R. Foster, R. Miller, and W. Ware, assisted by lady cubmasters.
