WELLINGTON CLUB Results of a series of races held by the Wellington Amateur Swimming Club on Sunday mornings, for the Lloyd and President's Cups on January 30, February 6, and February 13, are as follows: — January 30.—Lloyd Cup (50 yards): Albert, 1; Gerrard and Robertson, 2, equal; Vaughan and Thomas, 4, equal. President's Cup: Binnie, 1; Romanis, 2; Sims, 3 ' February 13.—Lloyd Cup (100 yards): Gerrard, 1; Albert, 2; Vaughan, 3. Dive: Thomas, 1; Mason, 2; Laming, 3. President's Cup: Turnbull. 1; Arrmt, 2; Sims, 3. • Points so far are as follows:—Lloyd Cup: Albert, 11; Vaughan, 7; Gerrard, 6£; Thomas, 6; Mason, 3; Robertson, H; Denton, 1; Laming, 1. The 50 and 75 yards breaststroke, which will be decided later, will conclude the series. President's Cup points are: Binnie, 10; Turnbull, 5; Armit and Romanis, 3; Palilis. 1. The finishes of the races have, in most instances, been very exciting, and some of the performances have been creditable. Gerrard has been swimming really well, as has Vaughan, last year's Wellington junior champion and present holder of the Lloyd Cup. Sims is the present holder of the President's Cup. WORSER BAY CLUB The Worser Bay Amateur Swimming and Life-saving Club held the halfmile race for the Blair Cup on Sunday morning. The race resulted: C. Jones, 1; R. Hill, 2; R. Wait, 3.
