ULSTER ELECTION
BOYCOTT ADVOCATED
BELFAST, January 27.
A meeting of the Northern. Council for Unity, which was attended by Messrs. •A. J. Mulvey and P. Cunningham, Abstentionist members of the House of Commons, passed a resolution urging Nationalists to boycott the Ulster election: because it was •arranged to uphold partition.
The resolution added that the council would welcome a plebiscite on Irish unity.
