CULBERTSONS DIVORCED

(Received January 28," 1.40 p.m.) RENO, January 27. The Ely Culbertsons have been divorced.

The Ely Culbertsons announced two months ago that they intended to divorce each other, but would remain bridge partners. "His temperamental moods make living with him impossible," said Mrs. Culbertson.

Swiss military estimates for 1938 provide for an increase from the 100,000,000f. ill 1937 to 118,000,000f. The fortifications along the German frontier will be extended and the Air Force, and Armjr enlarged. ,
